Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Canada

We do not ship outside these regions.

Fulfillment Warehouses

Orders are shipped from the warehouse closest to the destination:

  • Mexico: shipped from Brazil

  • United States: shipped from USA or Brazil

  • Canada: shipped from USA

  • Australia: shipped from Australia

  • New Zealand: shipped from Australia

  • South Africa: shipped from China

  • UAE: shipped from China

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • South Africa: 10–20 business days

  • Mexico: 10–18 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • United States (from Brazil when applicable): 10–20 business days

  • Australia: 3–8 business days

  • New Zealand: 5–10 business days

  • UAE: 10–20 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs, courier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email or SMS. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customs fees, duties, or import taxes may apply depending on your region. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for customs delays.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you need to update your address before your order ships, please contact us through the MoodyGoods Chatbot.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we cannot replace or refund it.
If your item arrives damaged, contact the MoodyGoods Chatbot within 48 hours and include photos of the item and packaging.
